Description
The Hazmat Delivery Driver delivers hazardous materials and other products from Sherwin-Williams stores to customers using box and flat-bed trucks. The role includes loading orders, completing delivery documentation, maintaining the store vehicle, providing customer service, following routes and schedules, complying with transportation laws, and performing warehouse, tinting, mixing, and other store tasks. Applicants must be at least 21, legally authorized to work without sponsorship, hold a valid unrestricted CDL with a hazardous materials endorsement, obtain a DOT medical certificate, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds on occasion. A high school diploma or GED, delivery-driver experience, material-handling equipment experience, paint-selling experience, and Spanish-language ability are preferred.
