Description
Ocado Logistics is hiring a permanent Customer Service Team Member to deliver groceries and other goods on time and efficiently. The role involves driving a van, handling customers, and following pre-planned routes and pre-loaded deliveries. No prior delivery experience is required, but applicants need a full UK or EU driving licence, at least 12 months of driving experience, no more than six penalty points, no disqualifications in the past five years, and must be over 18 because some deliveries involve alcohol. The position offers 40 hours per week across AM and PM shifts, with base pay of £13.22 per hour plus premiums and overtime, and includes pension, health and wellbeing, insurance, and other benefits.
