Ocado Logistics is hiring a Customer Service Team Member to deliver groceries and provide customer-facing service while driving independently across North London from its Luton site. The role requires safe driving, customer service, communication, reliability, and a full UK or EU driving licence with at least 12 months of driving experience. It is a permanent contract of 40 hours per week, including paid breaks, with AM and PM shifts and a roster of five working days out of seven. Pay ranges from £13.55 to £16.14 per hour depending on the shift, with additional premiums and benefits.
