Description
The Delivery Driver Manager reports to the General Manager and oversees hiring, scheduling, performance, safety, fleet maintenance, driver training, and compliance for a petroleum-delivery operation. The role provides 24-hour delivery service seven days a week, manages regular, seasonal, and on-call drivers, and participates in emergency petroleum product deliveries. It requires at least three years of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication, leadership, delegation, and organizational skills; a Class B Commercial Driver's License with a hazardous materials endorsement is preferred. The annual salary range is $62,000 to $90,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
