Description
Ocado Logistics is hiring a permanent Customer Service Team Member to deliver groceries and other goods on time, interact with customers, and use automated route planning and van pre-loading. The role requires a full UK or EU driving licence, at least 12 months of driving experience, no more than six penalty points, no disqualifications in the past five years, and applicants must be over 18 because some deliveries involve alcohol. No prior experience is required because training is provided. The contract is 40 hours per week, with AM and PM shifts, lunar pay, and hourly rates ranging from £13.96 to £18.57 depending on the schedule.
