Description
Ocado Logistics is hiring a Customer Service Team Member, also called a Customer Delivery Driver, to deliver shopping orders from a van to customers in Stoke-on-Trent. The role involves following pre-planned routes, driving safely, providing customer service, and carrying orders to customers’ doors, including flats and properties with stairs. Training and initial deliveries begin at established sites before moving to the Stoke-on-Trent site from 9 November 2026. The position is permanent, pays £13.66 per hour, requires a full UK or EU driving licence, at least twelve months of driving experience, and reliable travel to the site during early-morning and late-night shifts.
