Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate in Burlington, Vermont. The role combines safely operating a 26-foot box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts with warehouse duties such as picking, packing, staging, receiving, stocking, inventory accuracy, and loading and unloading. Candidates need box-truck driving experience, DOT experience or willingness to work under DOT standards, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to lift 75+ pounds. The position pays $23–$25 per hour plus full benefits, immediate PTO accrual, and a 401(k) with company match.
