State Street is hiring a Databricks Lead to serve as product owner and technology lead for its GHR Data Platform. The role owns the platform strategy and roadmap, leads enterprise HR data products and AI-ready datasets, defines data architecture and security standards, manages global development teams, and supports workforce analytics, reporting, AI, and platform modernization. Candidates need 15+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics platforms, and cloud-based data solutions, along with deep Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, SQL, Python, and cloud data engineering expertise; HR, workforce, or enterprise business data experience is preferred.
