Description
Priority Commerce is hiring a remote Delivery Lead, Enterprise Programs (EPMO) to lead the company's largest internal cross-functional enterprise programs, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, data platform, infrastructure, cloud operations, enterprise architecture, AI-enabled functions, regulated-business delivery, and shared services. The role personally runs the largest active program, oversees program managers and a small team of senior practitioners, manages vendor and systems-integrator performance, owns intake and demand triage, shapes business cases and priorities, manages fixed-budget third-party spend, and reports delivery risk and go-live confidence. Candidates need 10–12 years of program management experience, including named CRM, ERP, or HRIS deployments; PMP or equivalent certification; and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Compensation is $180,000–$200,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
