CodeNinja is hiring a Delivery Manager to own business systems and application change delivery for a leading Saudi banking client. The role manages demand intake through implementation and production release, coordinates BRD/SRD readiness and SDLC governance, applies Agile delivery practices, works with transformation and business delivery teams, ensures prioritization and quality, and provides portfolio visibility and delivery reporting. The position requires at least seven years of relevant application delivery or demand management experience in banking or large enterprise environments, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong SDLC and stakeholder management experience, PMP certification, and hands-on Agile delivery experience.
