Dev.Pro is hiring a remote-first Delivery Manager in Latin America to oversee operational excellence and stable, high-quality delivery for a large-scale IT outsourcing account segment covering more than 10 engineering teams and over 100 specialists. The role leads Project Managers, technical leaders, and 4–5 direct reports; manages delivery workflows, quality, KPIs, risks, client relationships, team performance, budgets, forecasting, resource planning, costs, and hiring. Candidates need at least 5 years of Program or Delivery Management experience in software development outsourcing, advanced SDLC and Agile methodologies knowledge, strong leadership and client-management skills, upper-intermediate-plus English, and willingness to travel internationally 3–4 times annually.
