Description
TetraScience is hiring a Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of enterprise biopharma and life sciences customers. The role manages implementations and adoption of the Tetra Scientific Data Foundry and Tetra OS, including instrument connectivity, data pipeline configuration, scientific use-case enablement, governance, risk management, change requests, and customer handoffs. The Delivery Manager coordinates internal teams, external vendors, and customer stakeholders, identifies expansion opportunities, and supports account growth. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, strong scientific and enterprise IT knowledge, project management proficiency, and routine travel to customer sites; remote work is available when not at customer sites, and visa sponsorship is not provided.
