SCALIAN is hiring an Engagement Manager to oversee complex fixed-price projects and service centers for major aerospace clients. The role manages operational, financial, and people performance of technical teams specializing in embedded systems and software, including delivery, profitability, risk, governance, team leadership, recruitment, client relations, and business development. The position requires a master’s degree in engineering or a software/systems technical background, 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, aerospace standards and V-model or Agile expertise, and fluent English.
