Description
The Delivery Operations Specialist provides coverage across delivery operations when managers, supervisors, dispatchers, or support staff are unavailable, supporting AM and PM dispatch, route setup and adjustments, driver assistance, route monitoring, reporting, compliance follow-up, manpower planning, and training. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays, peak-season schedules, Saturday dispatch, and occasional Brooklyn coverage, along with strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and familiarity with delivery systems and spreadsheets.
