Description
CloudFactory is hiring a senior Delivery Owner to own end-to-end delivery of complex client projects across global and multi-region environments. The role manages SLAs, KPIs, quality, timelines, commercial outcomes, risks, incidents, client commitments, executive stakeholder relationships, cross-functional execution, workforce planning, governance, and contractual, regulatory, legal, and security compliance. Candidates need at least seven years of experience in service delivery, project or program management, operations, or client delivery, including complex multi-country or enterprise accounts and high-pressure executive stakeholder environments.
