Description

AWS Professional Services is hiring an experienced Delivery Practice Manager to lead Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers while supporting enterprise customers through cloud transformation projects. The role manages delivery performance, practice P&L, opportunity capture, business development, customer satisfaction, and team development, and requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of IT consulting or management experience, including IT transformation in customer-facing roles
3+ years of program or engagement management experience leading project managers and delivering programs with multiple concurrent projects
Experience leading project managers and delivering programs with multiple concurrent projects
Current active US Government TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing performance reviews, career development, and retention across engineering, engagement management, and technical specialist domains
Experience managing hiring pipelines, interview loops, hiring calibration, and multi-year people development programs
Experience leading people across shared organizational boundaries and managing competing delivery and people-development priorities
