Description
Sitecore is hiring an outcomes-first Delivery Program Manager to own complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through value realisation. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders; translates strategy into execution plans; manages dependencies, risks, governance, and reporting; and tracks adoption, impact, and ROI. Candidates need at least five years of experience delivering complex cross-functional programs, including post-delivery outcome follow-up, along with strong agile and hybrid delivery expertise and stakeholder communication skills.
