Buildots is hiring a Delivery Project Management Team Lead to drive the growth and global scaling of its Project Management function within the Delivery department. The role will optimize workflows and team utilization, standardize project management processes, forecast capacity, lead process and change initiatives, and oversee a global team of Project Managers. Responsibilities include managing project execution, risks, escalations, and customer satisfaction, while collaborating with Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Technical Product. The role requires at least seven years of project, program, or operations experience in a SaaS, technology, or ConstructionTech environment, plus three years of leadership experience, along with strong stakeholder, analytical, communication, and AI-tool skills.
