Accesa is hiring an IT Project Manager to lead complex, fixed-price IT projects for banking clients. The role covers strategic planning, resource and workload management, schedule and risk monitoring, stakeholder collaboration, process and cost optimization, and leadership of cross-functional delivery teams. Candidates need at least seven years of experience, end-to-end delivery experience, cross-functional team leadership, strong communication and negotiation skills, regular AI-tool use, and fluency in English and German. A technical IT background and PMP certification are preferred.
