Databricks is hiring a Delivery Solutions Architect to lead post-sale technical strategy and execution for complex data and AI customer accounts. The role combines commercial account growth with technical leadership across Databricks products, including use-case onboarding, enablement, production adoption, optimization, governance, escalation, and reporting. It requires 10+ years of data and AI technical delivery experience, programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala, customer-facing technical experience, distributed systems knowledge, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The position is hybrid and may require travel of up to 30%.
