Description
Jitsu is hiring a Site Supervisor to serve as the primary floor leader for daily sort and outbound operations at a last-mile delivery site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role manages warehouse sortation and outbound processes, leads and trains rotating hourly associates and leads, enforces safety and OSHA standards, resolves operational issues, coordinates with other departments, and manages warehouse supplies. The position requires weekend, overnight, holiday, and on-call availability, with occasional national travel for coverage support.
