Description
Jitsu is hiring a Site Supervisor to serve as the primary floor leader for daily sort and outbound operations at a last-mile delivery site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role manages warehouse sortation and outbound processes, leads and trains hourly associates and leads, enforces safety and operational standards, resolves real-time issues, coordinates with other departments, and manages warehouse supply inventory. The position requires weekend, overnight, holiday, and on-call availability across a 24/7 operation, with occasional national travel for coverage support.
