Description
Conduent is hiring a Delivery Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations for New Mexico's Mi Via and Self-Direction Community Benefit (SDCB) Waiver Programs. The role supervises customer service, program, and operational support teams; manages staffing, scheduling, performance, quality assurance, compliance, audits, and stakeholder relationships; escalates complex issues; and prepares operational reports. It requires at least four years of supervisory or management experience in a metrics-driven environment, knowledge of Medicaid waiver or participant-directed services, strong leadership and communication skills, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and occasional travel. The position is onsite and offers health and welfare benefits, retirement savings, paid time off, and an estimated base salary of $51,205 to $66,500.
