MAP/WPP Enterprise Solutions is hiring a Delivery Team Manager to lead a local delivery team of approximately 15 people and oversee daily delivery for a global account. The role translates business and client priorities into team direction, partners with internal and external stakeholders, manages quality and efficiency, and improves processes within a standardized service model. Candidates should have people-management experience, commercial delivery experience, and preferably Marketing Operations, CRM, and MarTech experience. The position is based in Copenhagen, Toronto, Bangkok, or San José, with a base salary of CAD 65,000–115,000.
