Description

CGM is seeking a highly experienced Delphi developer to join their team. This role involves developing and maintaining the ifap Practice Center, a Delphi-based product for pharmacies and prescribing professionals. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to enhance performance, integrate with modern services like .NET and Express.js, and utilize AI agents such as Claude Code for refactoring and documentation. They will also contribute to shaping the modernization roadmap for the Practice Center.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Several years of experience in Delphi development, ideally in business-critical, long-established application systems with high requirements for availability and data quality.
Preferred Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and integration patterns, including experience with legacy modernization; confident handling of build, deployment, and version control tools; proven effective use of AI in software engineering—ideally including Claude Code (agents, skills, workflows), AI pipelines, and context engineering.
Fluent German and fluent English, both spoken and written, so you can confidently work with both German-speaking specialist teams and international teams.
