Description
The Demand and Replenishment Planning Assistant Manager is responsible for optimizing stock levels and maintaining on-shelf availability for an assigned subcategory. The role focuses on improving customer value and service, streamlining supply chain processes, maintaining forecast accuracy in auto-replenishment and foreign ordering tools for own-brand products, optimizing inventory to meet stock week cover targets and reduce slow-moving stock, and driving team performance while coordinating demand planning activities in line with ROS.
