Bonnell Aluminum is hiring an Operator Level 1 for its Demand Management team. The role involves continuous material planning, order staging and preparation, maintaining materials and supply levels, supporting department machinery, communicating with managers and team members, helping manage budget and operating expenses, and supporting efficient teamwork. The position operates on a rotating Sunday–Tuesday or Sunday–Wednesday schedule from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. and requires forklift and Walkie Rider operation, computer use, basic math, English fluency, and the ability to work with little supervision. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and the role includes medical, dental, life insurance, a matched 401k, and paid vacation.
