Description
The Demand Planner aligns material forecasts with sales plans, establishes safety stock and inventory levels, coordinates with suppliers and internal teams, supports new product launches, and manages replenishment and ERP processes. The role leads monthly consensus forecasting, analyzes market trends, optimizes service levels and inventory turnover, and collaborates with Finance, Product Development, Management, and Warehouse staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain operations or a related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
