Figure is hiring its first Demand Planner to build and own the end-to-end demand planning function for an AI robotics company scaling production of a humanoid platform. The role connects Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, NPI, and Material Planning to create accurate master demand plans, manage part allocation under constraints, establish the company’s S&OP framework, and build planning metrics and dashboards. The position requires 5–7 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills, and experience in high-volume or complex hardware manufacturing environments.
