Description
The Demand Planner develops, maintains, and analyzes demand forecasts to support inventory and supply planning. The role owns assigned products, customers, categories, or forecasting-process segments; analyzes forecast variances and demand drivers; builds Excel-based reports and analytical tools; partners with the Senior Demand Planner and cross-functional teams; and translates data into actionable business insights. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–4 years of experience in demand planning or a related area, advanced Excel skills, ERP or forecasting-system experience, and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Qlik.
