HARMAN is hiring a Demand Planner in Budapest to own forecasting activities for assigned OEMs, produce a monthly rolling 24-month consensus forecast, support financial closing and variance analysis, coordinate long-term planning, maintain forecast inputs, and improve forecast accuracy. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, at least three years of Sales & Operations Planning experience, ERP knowledge, strong analytical skills, fluent English, and a hybrid office arrangement in Budapest three times per week. The annual gross base salary is HUF 9,270,000–13,596,000, with variable compensation potentially available.
