Description
Panelmatic is hiring a Demand Planner to build and maintain monthly demand plans in units and dollars across all product groups. The role coordinates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply, Engineering, Planning, and Operations; develops demand plans from backlog, opportunity, budget, and strategic-plan data; supports SIOP and monthly demand reviews; manages forecast accuracy and other KPIs; identifies demand risks; and supports statistical forecasting and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or business management, at least five years of demand-planning experience, advanced Excel and ERP/MRP skills, and the ability to perform physical work.
