Description
Pattern is hiring a full-time Demand Planner to own demand forecasting, inventory levels, and ordering decisions for 7–12 brands. The role develops short- and long-term ordering strategies, analyzes forecast variance, presents demand and inventory forecasts to brand partners, and leads independent brand calls. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of supply/demand planning or buying experience, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, ERP and inventory planning experience, and strong communication abilities. The position is hybrid in Lehi, Utah, with reporting to the Associate Director of Inventory Management and opportunities for growth into senior planning, inventory leadership, or broader operations roles.
