Description
The Demand Planner will develop and maintain rolling 12-month demand forecasts, analyze forecast performance, support new-product launches, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Supply Planning. The role also tracks planning metrics, prepares dashboards and reports, and supports SKU rationalization, inventory reduction, and stock utilization initiatives. It requires analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and basic supply chain or demand planning knowledge; a bachelor's degree is preferred, and the position offers a hybrid schedule with medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
