The role improves demand-plan accuracy, manages exceptions and inventory levels, supports S&OP and long-range capacity studies, and coordinates marketing, procurement, transportation, and distribution. Responsibilities include forecasting, demand-plan maintenance, inventory monitoring, sales and sell-out analysis, and cross-functional communication. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, five years of demand planning experience, forecasting knowledge, advanced Excel proficiency, ERP familiarity, and strong analytical and communication skills.
