Topcon is hiring a Demand Planner to manage product forecasting, S&OP, inventory planning, and demand-review processes across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. The role uses historical demand, statistical methods, market intelligence, ERP systems, and advanced planning tools to improve forecast accuracy, align demand plans, identify forecast variance, and support data-driven planning decisions. Candidates need at least four years of demand planning or related supply chain planning experience, strong S&OP and forecasting experience, ERP or advanced planning-system experience, and advanced Excel skills. The expected base pay is $90,000 to $118,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
