Description
The Demand Planner / Buyer / Inventory Control Specialist will develop demand forecasts, manage purchase orders, maintain inventory levels and safety stock, and control inventory accuracy across Houston and Memphis distribution locations. The role includes cycle counting, variance reconciliation, supplier performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and warehouse teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2–5 years of relevant supply chain experience, ERP and Excel proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
