THG Labs is hiring a Demand Planner in Trowbridge to manage forecasting and demand planning for a portfolio of customers. The role develops forecasts across multiple time horizons, leads customer planning discussions, analyzes sales trends and demand drivers, maintains statistical models and ERP data, prepares S&OP dashboards and reports, and supports product lifecycle decisions. Candidates need demand planning or supply chain experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, forecasting or ERP experience, and stakeholder management ability; FMCG, S&OP, forecasting methodologies, and Power BI experience are desirable.
