Description
The Demand Planning Analyst coordinates demand planning activities, converts customer orders and forecast demand into material requirements, monitors inventory levels, and supports timely delivery and supply-chain performance. Responsibilities include analyzing demand, verifying LATAM stock availability, creating requisitions, managing purchase orders and open orders, configuring ERP planning parameters, reporting inventory statistics, controlling KPIs, and identifying process improvements. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position, 1.5+ years of ERP experience with Oracle or SAP, Excel proficiency, supply-chain knowledge, and strong communication and analytical skills; VBA, Power BI, and English and Portuguese are preferred.
