Mars is hiring a global Demand Planning Capability Leader to own and lead the development, deployment, embedding, and continuous improvement of demand planning capabilities across the Snacking segment. The role covers demand planning standards, training, assessment tools, regional SME support, digital product ownership, process governance, KPI tracking, and global communities of practice. It requires extensive operational experience in demand planning, strong supply chain knowledge, project management, analytical, communication, and change-management skills, and is based in the United Kingdom, United States, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, or Poland.
