NTS Singapore is hiring a Lead Demand Planner to manage demand planning in a complex, engineer-to-order manufacturing environment. The role converts sales pipelines, forecasts, and order history into production schedules, leads supply planning within S&OP, manages rolling forecasts and S&OP cycles, translates demand into capacity and shop-floor priorities, owns order promising and lead-time quoting, sets safety-stock and buffer parameters, tracks forecast accuracy, and supports master scheduling. The position requires at least five years of demand or supply planning experience in high-mix, low-volume, job-shop, or engineer-to-order manufacturing, along with machine-shop or mechatronics assembly knowledge, ERP and MRP proficiency, and cross-functional planning skills.
