Description
The Demand Planning Lead leads Therakos’s monthly Demand Review and SIOP process, developing unconstrained demand plans and rolling forecasts across products, SKUs, geographies, and channels. The role coordinates Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, Field Technical Services, Business Operations, and Supply Chain teams; analyzes forecast accuracy and bias; develops scenarios and executive reports; manages inventory variances; and improves planning systems and governance. It requires at least five years of demand planning or related experience, advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
