Description
Carboline is hiring an on-site Demand Planning Manager in St. Louis, Missouri. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, lead S&OP processes, identify demand risks and opportunities, establish forecast performance metrics, optimize planning tools, and align forecasts with inventory, production, and supply planning. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of demand planning or related experience, two years of leadership experience, experience with demand planning platforms, and advanced Excel and forecasting skills; APICS certification is preferred.
