M-KOPA is hiring a Demand Planning Officer to support demand planning, inventory replenishment, purchase order coordination, supplier follow-up, stock monitoring, forecasting, safety-stock decisions, and supply-chain data accuracy. The role reports to the Senior Demand & Planning Manager and requires a recognised degree in Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field, plus experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory planning, procurement coordination, or supply chain operations. The position involves analytical work with sales trends, stock data, planning variables, and Excel proficiency, and is described as a fast-paced, operational role with tight timelines.
