Rydges South Bank Brisbane is hiring a Demi Chef on a full-time basis to work across restaurant, room service, banquet, and conference operations. The role supports the Sous Chef and Head Chef with mise en place, stock rotation, food preparation, food safety, event catering, section organisation, waste and cost control, and junior staff development. Applicants should have a commercial cookery qualification or be working toward one, relevant kitchen experience, food safety knowledge, and flexibility for a rotating roster including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
