Cresta is seeking a Demo Engineer to support pre-sales engagements by designing, analyzing, and demonstrating their AI capabilities. This role involves partnering with Solution Engineers and Demo Engineering to create compelling conversational experiences, establish business cases for new and upsell opportunities, and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure effective customer-facing experiences. The engineer will develop synthetic conversations, conduct assessments, enhance demo environments, and lead QA automation frameworks, all while contributing to product scalability and innovation.
