OpenAI is hiring a Demo Experience Engineer in San Francisco, California, to own end-to-end demo readiness for new and priority product capabilities. The role involves building LLM agents, prototypes, reference flows, integrations, synthetic data, evaluations, reliability checks, fallback paths, reusable accelerators, and internal agentic systems; translating customer feedback into product insights; and improving demo quality, safety, reliability, usability, and adoption. The position uses a hybrid model with three office days per week and offers relocation assistance.
