The role includes visual inspection, completing daily reports, maintaining a safe work environment, resolving problems, supporting continuous improvement, and training new team members. The position requires recent manufacturing experience, the ability to pass electric-driver and dexterity assessments, and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including prolonged standing, lifting up to 35 pounds, and weekend overtime. Pay is $20.48 to $26.19 depending on shift, area, and experience.
