Description
The Dental Assistant provides dental treatment and expanded duties under the supervision of a dentist at Marin City Health & Wellness Center. Responsibilities include four-handed assisting, sterilization, patient education, treatment-plan presentation, referrals, digital radiography, laboratory coordination, EHR documentation, and administrative support. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalency, an accredited dental-assisting school or two years of recent RDA experience, a valid California RDA license and certification, an X-ray license, current CPR and CE training, and experience in a dental or FQHC setting. Compensation is $26.00–$28.00 per hour, and the position may require travel to other MCHWC locations.
