The Smilist is hiring a full-time, mid-level Dental Assistant in Marlton, New Jersey. The role supports dentists by preparing patients and operatory supplies, maintaining sterile conditions, escorting patients, and assisting with dental procedures. Applicants need at least one year of Dental Assistant experience and an active New Jersey x-ray license; RDA/CDA, dental instrument knowledge, Prior Dentrix experience, communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are preferred or required. The schedule is Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. plus rotating Friday and Saturday shifts, with 30 hours worked and paid for 36. Compensation is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour based on licensure, with health, dental, and vision insurance and professional growth opportunities.
